DPA
Hello friend,
I made a Data Protection Act request in February last year. Despite my complaint to the MoJ, the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) upholding my complaint and their two letters to the MoJ, I still had not received the personal information I had requested. The only course of action now left to me was court action for breach of the DPA. Remember this – people who moan about prisoners suing the MoJ – they have well over a year to comply with the law but choose to ignore it – almost like they think they are above the law…mmm?
I have now sent my pre-action letter – my 10th case against the MoJ.
Be happt, be safe.
