I think I’ll do a semi-regular update on how this year’s projects are going.
Well, the past week or so has been more flexible. I received some more language books; some more on order.
Unfortunately, my guitar practice and screenplay writing has taken a back seat. I read a book by Marie Kondo -‘Spark Joy’.
Until I read her book, I thought the cell was really tidy; however, I’ve realised that for me to reach some level of happiness this year I have to reduce a number of items I have in my possession; particularly, paperwork. So, I’ve been having a tidying marathon this weekend. I’m being ruthless with what I discard. It’s so liberating to let go; I feel strangely happy and content. It’s also lifting a lot of stress. I should be finished by tonight; and yes, I do follow her guide to folding clothes… well, why not, it’s a really great method.
Be happy, be safe.
