What a struggle this has been (see blog 114). I’ve, finally, been given permission to buy a replacement power adaptor direct from the manufacturer’s website. Strange, as they had previously told the PPO that there was no adaptor I could buy; the PPO, of course, bought into this without any further investigation.
That’s over a year now; let’s see if I do actually get the adaptor.
