2019 – 43 – category a
The Independent Psychologist met with me last week. It was, at times emotionally draining. Until I saw their report, I wasn’t sure how it went – positively. Yes, there are parts of the report which I feel could have been fleshed out a little more, had we the time on the meeting; however, the conclusion was positive – I should be downgraded to Category B and moved out of the high -security estate.
My solicitor’s representations for this to happen is compelling: “…it would be unlawful at this point to keep the Applicant any longer in the high security estate.” There’s a lot more, of course, but that’s the concluding sentence.
Now we wait and see.
Be happy, be safe and be kind.
