Food
Hello friend
There was a recent outbreak of listeria in a hospital due to food poisoning. It reminded me of my 2 bouts in here (see blog 2018 69). One of the experts referred to the ‘chill chain’ being broken. I am 100% certain that this is what caused my food poisoning the last time. It was salad, chilled, unchilled and served warm. Ideal conditionsfor the growth of bacteria. Incidentally, my complaint to the Food Standards Agency was stopped by the prison. Now, why would they want to do something like that?
Thankfully, I was not old (some may argue this point) or suffering from other illnesses; the outcome may have been different were that the case.
Be happy, be safe.
